FREE Office Space for Small Groups

In response to noted needs of smaller organisations for a place to hold an occasional meeting and/or hold their annual general meeting, HVA will run a pilot scheme to offer the use of HVA rooms FREE OF CHARGE to organisations demonstrating a need for this service. 

This service will be restricted by room availability and purpose of meetings.  Also there will be a maximum number of times a groups can request this service in the financial year.  Meetings must not cause a nuisance to other members of staff.

CONDITIONS OF USE
1.  Only available for 'small organisations'.  (Usually defined as groups with income of less than £30k)
2.  Only available to HVA Member organisations
3.  Room available between 10.30am and 4pm only
4.  Meeting must not exceed 3 hours
5.  Subject to availability and non-use by HVA and HVA Staff
6.  Meetings must not cause a nuisance to other staff in the office
