They will act as a powerful catalyst for the regeneration of a key part of the Thames Gateway and will bring economic and community benefits to the rest of London and the UK through the profile that will be given as the host of the greatest sporting spectacle in the world.
The following document sets out the key economic and community benefits of London hosting the Olympic Games in 2012 and the actions to ensure these benefits are fully realised and maximised.
