Under the changeup, London is divided into 5 subregions. The London East Subregion is made up of the London Boroughs of Barking & Dagenham, Bexley, Greenwich, Hackney, Havering, Lewisham, Newham, Redbridge, Tower Hamlets and the City.
There will be a number of programmes run under the London East Changeup headed by the London East CVS Network and this includes the London ChangeUp ICT Programme - a project that aims to provide ICT support to voluntary and community groups in the London East Subregion.
