14 hours per week (some evening/weekend work may be required)

£25,000 per annum pro rata Plus 5% Pension contribution

VCH learning and development programme aims to enhance and support volunteer managers’ skills and abilities to perform effectively in their role, through dissemination of good practice information, advice, forum and courses.

The programme is now extending into external consultancy training support and accredited courses for volunteer managers and volunteers. This exciting and essential role requires excellent knowledge of volunteer management, adult learning programme and ASDAN accredited training.

The successful applicant must be a positive motivator with ability to encourage learners to achieve their set goals, establish and maintain good working relationships with learners and all stakeholders.

This post would suit someone with confidence as a trainer and with a friendly personality to bring out the best in people.
